We host roundtables to discuss employee performance in an open and transparent way and offer two review and promotions cycles each year. Our leadership and HR teams dedicate a lot of time to the ensure the performance management process is fair and robust, and we offers employees a robust training program, opportunities for progression and multiple avenues to discuss career aspirations with their Coaches.
