Contrary to your comment, we pride ourselves on having a meritocratic performance review process for our employees. We host roundtables to discuss employee performance in an open and transparent way and offer two review and promotions cycles each year. Our leadership and HR teams dedicate a lot of time to the ensure the performance management process is fair and robust, and we offers employees a robust training program, opportunities for progression and multiple avenues to discuss career aspirations with their Coaches.
