Pros

Accessibility to leadership and range of clients with market recognition

Cons

Increasingly projects are simply working as as resource augmentation rather than consulting. Senior staff do not listen when concerns are raised about roles and projects and simply try to hide away from supporting staff. True colours of certain members of leadership become very visible when leaving.

Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed working with our clients and leadership team. Indeed, our flat structure and culture mean that colleagues have regular access to the leadership team. We have a variety of projects working with prestigious clients right across the financial services sector. If any employee feels they would like additional support at any time they are encouraged to reach out to their HR Business Partner, Coach or a member of the Leadership team.

Pros

- High Profile clients - Decent benefits

Cons

- They will staff you in roles that are slated for senior/high level consultants yet will not compensate you for it even though they are billing the client at a higher rate. Sounds pretty unethical to me - Management and Leadership have very little visibility to your book of work with the client - Very cliquey atmosphere, not very welcoming - You will get staffed where you are needed regardless of your input and desires - Leadership left a lot of empty promises

Pros

High increment on salary and usually higher than market rate. **The TRADE OFF is 3 months notice period

Cons

- The company is struggling with projects and profit as well. - The management shows no vision and usually say the same thing in different townhall. i.e. Lots of opportunity is coming while still cannot see any - Messy hiring guideline as there are too many ppl in the same domain with similar skill set. Hence, there are not enough ppl to work on projects in certain domain. Resourcing team will just randomly put someone who is on bench to the project. - Top management won't care their staff - Company Reputation is not that good in the market

Thank you for your review. Due to the current dynamic market, Capco, like all of our peers, is experiencing moderated demand for consulting services. However, contrary to your comments, we continue to have a wide portfolio of clients and projects, and our client relationships and outlook remain solid. As you will have heard at the recent APAC All Hands call, the outlook for the region is strong and the leadership team shared clear examples of regional growth, pipeline and focus. As is standard with other consulting firms, Capco tries to manage and balance employee resources and staffing in relation to client demand. Our aim is to always remain a people-centric firm and to provide options for our people. Finally, we also follow standard industry standard notice periods across our regions.
