Pros

The environment is multicultural and international and you have the concrete opportunity to improve your language skills. Also, BlueLink gives you the chance to acquire a lot of skills in the air transport sector (such as Amadeus, customer service and communication competences, crm tools, ecc.).

Cons

The salary for some position is not competitive. Also, working on shifts can be really demanding. The softwares are extremely slow and not always efficient (when you are handling a customer request over the phone sometimes it can be even appalling).

Working Teams are very joyful and committed (in the different departments). Career Growth is possible inside the company which is a very good thing. Work well and you will have your chances (for sure!)

Cons

Management and Leadership should be carefully reviewed and discussed by the main company figures in order to progress positively as some of the people in charge do not possess the required skills.
