Pros

Flexibility with shifts: very suitable for students or people who have a side job. My team leader was very sympathetic to me. I could manage to work part time and attend my master studies and final exams. Bonus system: If your productivity is high and you have good quality calls, then you can get a good bonus. The quality control, because it is impossible to evaluate all the calls and messages. :) People: it was a very multicultural environment, people from all over the world. Most of the people were nice to the others. Team building and social activities: During my year here we had a Boat party and a Talents night. Both were great experiences. Training: people who I had as trainers were very talented and passionate about their jobs.

Cons

Sometimes stressful: during high seasons, bad weather, strikes or cancellations. I cannot blame the company for this, but I think they can still improve the way they manage these situations. Some mentors are not that friendly or they do not even look at you when you talk to them. They sometimes tell you to tell the customer that something is not possible, but they do not tell you why or how to say it. If you are not a Dutch or French speaker, there are no too many options to grow or assume bigger responsibilities than being a mentor or a trainer. I cannot blame the company again, as this is due to the "nationalities" of Transavia.

Pros

The people in the company

Cons

It's good to start your job in BlueLink in case if you don't have any experience. After sometime you can be tired of shifts and not many opportunities to grow within the company and salary which is relatively low in comparison with other companies in Prague.

Pros

Amazing people! There is s great working atmposphere with very smart and friendly people from all over the world. Especially, as a foreigner you can find a (big, happy, sometimes dysfunctional) family here :) Constant learning and growth opprtunities due to the fast pace of change and many opportunities and challenges along the way. Great benefits: standby tickets twice a year, language classes, free gym entry, great company events, multi cultural environment, office in the center, and many more.

Cons

It would be better to have a little time for stabilization of teams and tools in between new projects, pilots and launches of new services sometimes.
