Pros

At that time, there was a catering table in open space with drinks and food on it.

Cons

-Shifts that change all the time, you can work on Monday from 10am to 19am, then off Tuesday and back Wednesday to work from 15 pm to 22.30pm, it's really disturbing. -Noisy and stressfull work environnement, like a call center -You cannot really have your own work space, one day you are next windows, next day 10 seats far -No real opportunity for growth, most people give up quick -no consideration from managers, they treat like less than nothing, same for mentors or teamleaders -Salaries were very low at that time

Pros

The design of the office is nice, well-equiped.

Cons

- low salary, compared to similar position in other international companies in Prague - 3 months trial period, during which you don't have meal vouchers and bonuses - company is managed with a software which tracks everything you do (each task, break) and your productivity becomes your reason for being - breaks are very short - you haven't any discount for leisure, or vouchers - the company is supposed to provide language lessons but you can barely subscribe - the turnover is very common

- easy to get the job !!! If you're able to lift a bag of potatos and write your name you get hired. - Prague is charming

Cons

- salary was net 21000 KR (800 Euros) + foodstamps! FOODSTAMPS!!! (single studio appartment around 10000 KR in Prague) - it was expected to work/learn at home without extra payments (e.g. trainer adviced right before end of day to learn so called airport codes, we would have a recap on this the next morning) - Only one guy in our team was a native german speaker, some of the teammates were even not fluent. I'm realy not sure why such big airlines like KLM and AirFrance allow this. But at least they are cheap workers. - some of the german speaking middle management and key positions are without appropiate social skills (when the blind lead the one eyed...) - They overstate a lot (e. g. on the interview they said that there will be no relocation benefit, but they are willing to help to find an appartment. I got a few links to the internet by mail...) - teams are understaffed because of high fluctuation - very old equipment (had to work on a computer with a 17" 4:3 screen and a keyboard same age which hasn't been cleaned any time before) - and and and
