Humanly digital? really? Id say its robotically digital, they advertise the job in a very different light...and are always trying too hard to act like they are all so cool and fun but in reality they just want you to produce like a machine...
They dont invest time in you learning archaic computer programs that are very difficult and not practical at all....they will try to jam all the information as quick as possible... and pressure you very much with exams and results from the second week of training....so they can save more time and money...wich they loose because people leave anyhow..
Pay is very low, they are very disorganized as whole company from top managment and down....
