Cheap Airfrance tickets, but not easy to obtain

Management, salary, location. You may work really hard, but you'll never be appreciated.

Pros

BlueLink allows its employees, that start most of the time as contact center agents, to grow internally. This can happen by changing the operation we work on, or by changing the position. The environment is very international, and very dynamique. People can grow. Personal initiative is very welcome.

Cons

Lot's of people in the company are coming from this internal promotion and are learning. Some do it better, some do it worse.

You can enjoy working in an international environment and travelling with GP.

Cons

Fix salary not really attractive, but the bonus is interesting.
