Pros
BlueLink allows its employees, that start most of the time as contact center agents, to grow internally. This can happen by changing the operation we work on, or by changing the position. The environment is very international, and very dynamique. People can grow. Personal initiative is very welcome.
Cons
Lot's of people in the company are coming from this internal promotion and are learning. Some do it better, some do it worse.
