A very good reason to want to work there woud be that it's an amazing place to learn and share knowledge in a very high level and friendly environment made of people eager to deliver results. The place to be for anyone interested in management consulting with strong motivation. Even as an associate consultant you get to be genuinely involved in the core resolution of the problems

Cons

The only downside I see is that it is quite hard to maintain a good balance between work and private life. But still the management is quite comprehensive and the job really exciting.

You will learn a lot and be surrounded by wonderful and intelligent people.

Cons

Work ends usually after 10 PM. There is no real opportunity to take long holidays cause projects are always calling you to join. It is difficult to maintain a life outside work since you will be so tired you won't have energy to do anything else.
