      - World-class training - Great exposure to professional experiences which will open doors to "the next job" post-Bain - Relatively high compensation

      Cons

      - Work/life balance can be terrible - Tendency for managers to attribute challenges in case to subordinates' performance, rather than poor scoping or direction - Bizarre culture - feels like somewhere between a church group and a cult - Highly political - severely undermines supposed meritocracy - Lack of transparency for HR matters
