Smart and collaborative colleagues, most of them easy to work with. Top level PE and GP cases. Prestige with good exit ops
Cons
Insufficient pay compared to competition in Paris: compensation did not increase for at least 3-4 years now, even after recent inflationary years (pay decreased in real terms). Worklife balance is very limited on most cases, meaning hourly salary is now insufficient, especially for juniors
