Pros

You get a 20% off everything staff discount card. You get to work through your lunch for free so saves you spending money at lunch time.

Cons

Very clicky place to work, its not what you know its who you know, very old fashioned in the way they work, you are meant to have 2x 15 min breaks a day and a 1 hour lunch however your looked at in disgust even if you want a 10min break, they put you on a late shift then an early the next day so depending on where you live can mean only 5 hours sleep between shifts.

Pros

You were provided with uniform and the atmosphere was good. It was easy for me to get to and at the times the hours and wages were in line with what I needed.

Cons

I was promoted and the salary was quite good, but then my hours were cut until I could no longer afford to work there.However I have recently seen other jobs advertised for them and they only seem to pay the bare minimum now..

Great team on the shop floor.

Cons

Manager changes you just get used to your manger then they swap them all round. There is a huge difference in the trading manager skills the good ones are great and the bad ones punishing their staff with pips ect it really is like a big box of chocs you never know who your going to get if theyre in trouble you can bet your life they will take it out on theyre staff, Also they dont like fulltime workers and manage them out of the bussines. Your progress depends on who your manager is not on your abilities.
