Pros

Most of my colleagues will remain my friends for life. Its like a family.

Cons

Not enough training provided. ALL management within stores use their next in line as their scapegoats. I was forced into duties that shouldn't have been mine, my health seriously suffered due to stress and i was treated like an idiot by the store management. The delivery system is seriously flawed and we lost customers due to the store managements lack of understanding on the lower levels.

Pros

Steady income with monthly pay. Straight forward interview. Full time or part time hours available. Twenty percent staff discount on goods.

Cons

Too many "yes" men. (people) Good ideas ignored by management from staff then implemented at a later date as their own. Inexperienced staff at all levels including management. Compulsory weekend bi fortnightly working pattern. Low wages. Various working patterns 7-4pm 9-6pm 12-9pm changes daily.

Pros

I wouldn’t really say there’s any advantages

Cons

It a really depressing work environment where they don’t treat the employees fair. A place where the managers gossip about employees medical detail.
