Pros

- The company wants to improve and move into modern times - They listen to new ideas and value opinions from people who have experience else where - There's lots of investment in omnichannel, which is the future for retail - There's flexibility and the head office is a great place to work - Onsite gym, parking, restaurant, shower facilities etc (and a Costa)

Cons

- You have to carve out your own career progression unless you have a particularly attentive boss - Still a long way to go to escape legacy systems and ways of working - Lots of 'old timers' with old ways of thinking - Things aren't fixed quickly within the office - IT support are pretty useless, and network connections (WiFi etc) are horrific - Overpowering restrictions on technology usage (websites locked down, not enough storagw space etc)

great programs to help you move on through the ranks, within store very supportive, commission, flexible working times makes it easier for life outside of work.

Cons

poor communications from outside store no follow through on courses (your support on course not sure what they are doing, training that you need to pass course cancelled time after time) poor equipment for trying to do job properly.
