Pros

Generous staff discount Good yearly Performance bonuses Flexible hours of work available Established brand and product

Cons

Limited opportunities for progression. All new roles created within Homefit division offered to head hunted Homebase staff whether qualified for the role or not. Nepotism exists - directors employing siblings, managers working their parents or children. Senior management constantly move the goal posts therefore giving the false sense of progressing change. Outdated systems and processes.
