      Great socials, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, flexible working hours, learn new software skills in context of your project and lessons given at the company, HR team was open and happy to help.

      Cons

      Not as flexible as they used to be in trying out different teams.

      Pros

      looks after the people, good benefits, nice environment, especially for graduate people it is a fantastic place to start your career.

      Cons

      The department I worked in didn't have good leadership, it was the reason I left. However that is probably a phase, can be sorted in several years. ARM is overall a good place to work in.

      Not a giant workforce but still massive impact on the industry. Good work life balance. Pay is decent. Innovative place to work at.

      Pay may not be at par with other companies out there. Sometimes lacking in providing competitive environment to employees and therefore less attractive to graduates from top universities.
