      Pros

      * Nice place to work * Interesting technology to work on * Exciting to work on things that millions of people use * Flexible work environment * Good benefits, feeling senior management actually cares about employees

      Cons

      * Tight deadlines and under resourced projects can lead to occasional long working hours (work/life balance is often good, but there are times when it isn't where better planning could have prevented this, hence the low rating) * The process used to determine promotions and pay-rises, TAP, is an opaque black-box.

      Great place to work - smart folks, friendly and open culture. good benefits and working environment. Good HR Team and admin functions.

      Pay not so great. I think they are re-jigging this.

      People. Benefits. Well looked after by the company. Opportunities to work in exciting areas. Nice environment. Cambridge is good. Genuinely likely to contribute to technology improvements for the world.

      Cons

      Not always easy to see how our work aligns with the bigger picture organisation/company strategy. Some archaic process and beuracracy acquired over time.
