Business Outlook
Pros
Arm is a great place to work. They are concerned about the individual and treat their employees as one their most important assets. The openness is beyond anywhere else I have worked in regards to sharing of information across projects, groups, divisions and corporate strategy. You definitely feel like you a part of a great team.
Cons
I feel like the health benefits are a little expensive compared to other places I have worked. Also, since Arm has been privatized, there is no longer an opportunity to participate in stock plans. The company is trying to offset this but it just isn't quite the same.
