Great projects, work on Industry leading technologies, opportunities for learning and working with bright people, employees are motivated, stick to schedules and are easy to work with. Very transparent management and keeps people informed of the changes. Respects work-life balance

Cons

Career path definition or growth in roles not clear. Pay scale still not very competitive.

Cons

The pebbles sometimes seem more like boulders. "Work around-s" are not long term solutions. High performing in silos sometimes create singular focused expectations that are hard to meet
