They have a liberal vacation allowance and somewhat decent benefits.

Cons

It's hard to actually use said vacation allowance, and there is a struggle to keep a work/life balance.

Great benefits. Good pay scale, along with a wage review EVERY YEAR. Great employee camaraderie!

Cons

Corporate split, ADP sold the automotive division I was in. The new automotive div. has a new company name They pretty much cut any one with seniority and replaced those jobs with young new staff with lower wages. Really a dirty deal.

Great atmosphere to work at as well as community involvement.

Cons

Talent is overlooked once promotions come around. Internal growth is preached but hardly practiced, usually giving important positions to outside applicants. Internal compensation is capped, so new employees might make more than internal employees getting transfered to the same position.
