Pros

- Still in Findlay, for now. (until things move to Orlando) - It is a job.

Cons

- Management is sneaky and does things behind our backs. There is no transparency within this organization. - Uneasy feeling among employees and no feeling of stability about the future of the office within the Findlay, OH location. - Either promotes from within without a raise or will hire externally and bring in someone new to the RPO/recruiting field starting at about approx. $25,000 - $30,000/yr more than others performing the same job. - There are opportunities for promotion within, but the company does not pay. The company feels that the employees working here are not "good enough" at their jobs to deserve career advancements. - Lack of raises and a bonus structure except for those at the very top of the company scale. - Dealing with ungrateful clients. This is more of a glorified babysitter job than it is a consultant to the hiring managers. - There is a major lack of recognition within the company for the job(s) being performed, and an overall lack of guidance for its employees. It is easier to point fingers and blame than it is to help correct and solve the problems.

Pros

Good Pay, excellent benefits and nice coworkers on my team

Cons

This company has received awards for working mothers however, I am a working mother and I feel that this company does not work with me with my home life. I was told that doctor appointments are not denied if you need that time off however, I was denied. When hired they advised me that there would be mandatory overtime sometimes. However, no one said it would be for 2 months straight 9 1/2 hour days. Morale is low and the micromanagement is out of control. If you go to the bathroom they are looking for you.

Pros

If you do well it looks good on a resume. That's the only pro.

Cons

Poor leadership decisions. Promotions are given out not earned. The company has gone to an extreme MICRO MANAGEMENT focus. ADP is no longer a top employer to work for and it's only getting worse. Reps are not reimbursed for meals when they travel for company business including new hire training. The DVP's and VP's have no loyalty whatsoever. Also be prepared to work long hours and have little to no work life balance. Many 8 AM conference calls and pointless training. DVP's act unprofessional towards good reps & managers and treat them like children. Operations is unethical and incompetent.
