      Pros

      - Free language courses (only 1.5 hours/week) - Working from home - Great location in Prague close to tons of great restaurants - Decent resume fodder

      Cons

      - Seniority is valued more than results - Practically non-existent advancement opportunities - No training courses - Employee suggestions are rarely taken into consideration - Changes or improvements take months or years to implement - More responsibilities, less people, same salary

      At this point there are no Pros

      Cons

      Management looks for any excuse not to give you a raise. ADP has a rating system that anything less than a 3 points out of 5 will not get any raise, but yet every year ADP raises the cost of insurance. ADP cuts back on employee perks every year. There is no job security. Management is poor. HR is useless and is only on management side.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, work from home. Manager trusts me to get my work done and doesn't micro manage.

      Cons

      As someone who worked their way up in the company I am paid 20% less than any new hire in the same role. No room to grow. Management has changed and is now solely focused on the numbers and the people do not matter.
