      Pros

      Work from home ability, decent flexibility, friendly and supportive management, second tier support team. No other pros at this time.

      Cons

      Very high stress, blackout periods during holidays, very difficult job, poor work/life balance, pays below average, expected to work overtime and weekends

      Pros

      Paycheck is provided on time each pay cycle. Was able to advance quickly.

      Cons

      Complete lack of focus on the most important asset...the associate. If you would like to work for a boss named Metrics, you will want to apply. Nothing else matters. Managers try their best to keep up morale, but when you're trying to tie a bow around junk, it is still junk. Without adding better process (there may be new, but I'm specifically talking about better) and more associates, year over year targets constantly grow as if productivity is produced out of thin air.

      Pros

      Great team, good pto policy, tuition reimbursement, employee purchasing site. A lot of the jobs at ADP are great but client services is not one of them

      Cons

      Constantly inbound.. No time to work on case resolution.. Required overtime, hard to move into other roles
