I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (San Bruno, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Series of interviews all in one day. HR managed this well. Clear logistics, organized and scheduled by the HR team. 3 managers, 1 panel. The actual hiring manager was very late for the interview and seemed disinterested.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
A recruiter will call you if you're selected for an interview. The interview will be setup using a webcam and a computer if you're a candidate that will be relocated. The interview is a panel interview using half behavioral questions (describe a time when you...) and half hypothetical questions (what would you do if a major stake holder wanted to move up the deadline for your project by 3 weeks). Each interviewer takes turns asking you questions, and then gives you an opportunity to ask questions or provide additional information at the end of the interview. The interviews were generally about 45-60 minutes, which gives you enough time to provide detailed answers and have some discussions at the end of the interview.

Question 1
If you're not currently a project manager, some of the questions will be very hard and you will have to adapt some of your answers so they can fit. As an Operations Manager, I had to be flexible with some of my answers.
