I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart
Interview
My interview was organized by a recruiter, and I met with representatives of the department in which I hoped to work. Everyone was very nice and the questions asked were "what would you do If..." types of questions.

Question 1
What would you do If a customer was asking you to provide them with something you didn't think they really needed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Washington, DC) in May 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a college classmate about an open PM position. I set up an interview with his team which was a panel of 5 people ranging from other PMs up to a Director. The interview revolved mostly about how my experience and background applies to the PM position. I had a couple of behavioral (STAR) questions. Walmart eCommerce has shown a clear ability to make decisions and quickly using my 2 week total interview to offer process as evidence. It is refreshing compared to how many other companies keep pushing the final decision until after another round of interviews or until some VP gets a cut on the decision.
