I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
Horrible. No one seemed to care about the content of my answers (and as such, who I was); all they seemed to be looking for was whether "how" you answer the questions checks off some box on their list for whatever bogus "qualifications" they're looking for to "perform" a "job" that doesn't seem to require any skills at all. People also didn't seem like they wanted to be there, which didn't give off a great impression, and the whole thing was so overly, intentionally and unnecessarily "intense" that I stopped taking it seriously after the first few questions.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview took 50minutes. It started of with an introduction of the company, then I introduced myself. I had to answer why ThirdBridge and what I could add. The rest of the 35 minutes remaining were dedicated to competency based questions.

Question 1
many competency based questions: how deal with difficult colleague, communicate effectively, team work, time management. Many follow up questions were asked regarding the exact execution of each aspect.
Very easygoing, nice questions and polite individual. Sadly, they have failed to get back to me when mentioned and have remained radio silent so I'm unsure where I stand. Shame as they seem like an ideal fit for me!
