Phone interview around 15 minutes virtual interview the big day at their office be caustious, it's more about sales objective, finding other industry leads, and not really a regular consulting or VC analyst

After submitting my resume, I received an e-mail with a few questions and was asked to give best time slot for a phone interview. I carefully prepared answer and replied the e-mail. But I never heard back after. Even after sending my follow up e-mail, I never heard back. I felt this was very unprofessional. Some of the worst interview experience (HR in Shanghai office)
