I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Hong Kong) in Jul 2017
Interview
Phone interview first, then two group interview, one case study, most of it is behavioral questions, just answer it with your experience and you should be fine. It took 1 month from the interview to giving the offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
Difficult and LONG, nothing like I'd ever experienced before. Asked STAR method competency-based questions. First I went through an hour-long phone interview, which went well. Then I commuted into the city for a 2 and a half hour long in person interview with 5 different recruiters. There was a lot of pressure and many questions being drilled into you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2018
Interview
1. Introductory Phonecall about the role
2. 1st interview/aptitude test (via phone)
3. 2nd interview (via phone)
I spent about three hours across a week answering what was clearly a checklist of questions where the interviewers made it very clear they hadn’t even looked at my CV. While the job sounded promising, the hiring process was extremely time-consuming. Ultimately after one week of silence and me having to contact the company on two occasions for feedback, they told me I had been unsuccessful but wanted to pass me on to another member of the team. This member of the team never responded and I basically wasted a good two weeks corresponding with the team. In future, save everyone some time and actually READ the CV of candidates before initiating an interview process if you’re going to deem them unexperienced in something they’ve made aware to you from day one. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend.
