Target Executive Store Intern interview questions

I was connected to an interviewer through my recruiter over zoom. The interviewer is usually one of the Store Directors. It went for a little over an hour. Questions are like: tell me about a time you went above and beyond, why are you interested in working at Target, tell me about your leadership experience

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I had 2 interviews and at each one, I could tell my recruiters really loved working for target and believed in the company. At each step I was well prepared for the next interview stage
