Target Executive Store Intern interview questions

Very friendly and timely process. The process went very fast and the recruiters asked questions that had me thinking hard and staying on my toes. I enjoyed the entire experience even though it was held over Zoom.

Met at career fair at college. First interview was with a store director and an ETL of Human Resources. Second interview was with HRBP (district level human resources). A lot of behavioral questions and situational questions. A lot of the questions followed a: Incident , action, and then result format.
