Target Executive Store Intern interview questions

Targets phone interview was a typical behavioral interview. They asked you everything from name a time where you had a situation in class and how did you over come that? Did a group member ever slack or not pull his/her share of the weight and how did you attend to that situation? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Then you either get offered a day long interview or you are asked to take a behavioral/personality test which is 200 questions long.
