Définir et suivre la stratégie du périmètre Achats Communication et Prestations intellectuelles.
Être responsable et gérer l'ensemble du périmètre Achats Communication (agences création, Content production Event, Média, influence, Traduction, Service Clients) & Achats Prestations intellectuelles (Intérim, Conseil, Avocats, Market analysis) sur le scope EME
De la definition de la stratégie à la mise en place des contrats.
Être un véritable partenaire des Directions Marketing, HR & Retail en matière de gestion :
Sourcing : panel de fournisseurs nouveaux et adéquats,
Lancement et négociation des appels d'offres,
Mise en place d’Accords cadres
Contrôler les performances : Optimisation du budget,
Communiquer : Actions réalisées et résultats obtenus avec le top management et la communauté externe
Gérer le SRM : assurer les Business Review de SEPHORA, la conformité contractuelle et la collecte des RFA
Suivre les économies (accord cadre savings projetés vs dépenses/savings réel)
Achats Communication : Aider le département marketing à mettre en œuvre la stratégie de globalisation & accompagner le discours pays
Achats Prestations intellectuelles : développer cette catégorie en réalisant un audit complet et l’étude d’opportunités pour confirmer la stratégie et le plan d’actions à mettre en œuvre.
Travailler avec l’équipe achat monde pour donner de la visibilité des réalisations EME et/ou benchmarker avec les autres régions et étudier des potentielles synergies,
Collaborer avec la coordination LVMH :
Participer à la revue d'affaires de LVMH, au reporting des dépenses.
Participer aux coordinations associées (événement, benchmark, atelier, partage de bonnes pratiques...)

Define and oversee the strategy for the Communications and Professional Services procurement portfolio.
Be responsible for and manage the entire Communications procurement portfolio (creative agencies, content production, events, media, influencer marketing, translation, customer service) and Professional Services procurement portfolio (temporary staffing, consultancy, legal services, market analysis) across the EME region
From strategy definition to contract implementation.
Act as a true partner to the Marketing, HR & Retail departments in terms of management:
Sourcing: panel of new and suitable suppliers,
Launching and negotiating tenders,
Implementing framework agreements
Monitoring performance: Budget optimisation,
Communication: Reporting on actions taken and results achieved to senior management and external stakeholders
Managing SRM: conducting SEPHORA Business Reviews, ensuring contractual compliance and collecting RFAs
Monitoring savings (projected framework agreement savings vs actual expenditure/savings)
Communications Procurement: Assisting the marketing department in implementing the globalisation strategy and supporting country-specific messaging
Intellectual Services Procurement: Develop this category by conducting a comprehensive audit and opportunity study to confirm the strategy and action plan to be implemented.
Work with the global procurement team to highlight EME achievements and/or benchmark against other regions and explore potential synergies
Work with the LVMH coordination team:
Take part in LVMH’s business review and expenditure reporting.
Take part in related coordination activities (events, benchmarking, workshops, sharing of best practices, etc.)
