-Online numerical and diagrammatical tests First Round -Numerical test similar to the online one -Diagrammatical test similar to the online one -Report exercise: you are given 30 minutes to read a 6-page booklet on a business case and summarise it in a written report. -Unstructured case study interview: you have 45 minutes to discuss a business or guesstimation case study with the interviewer. -Structured case study interview: 15 minutes to read through a booklet and then 30 minutes to discuss four questions on the material with the interviewer. Second Round -Unstructured case study interview: you have 45 minutes to discuss a business or guesstimation case study with the interviewer. -Structured case study interview: 15 minutes to read through a booklet and then 30 minutes to discuss four questions on the material with the interviewer. -Presentation: 25 minutes to read through a 30-page booklet, then 10 minutes to present your recommendations to two senior members of the firm, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.

One group discussion to start off, then 4 one-on-one case interviews with 3 consultants and 1 partner. Assessed by 5 employees in total. Heard that one has to get positive feedback from all 5 of them to get the offer. Very typical consulting interview process.
