-Report exercise: you are given 30 minutes to read a 6-page booklet on a business case and summarise it in a written report.
-Unstructured case study interview: you have 45 minutes to discuss a business or guesstimation case study with the interviewer.
-Structured case study interview: 15 minutes to read through a booklet and then 30 minutes to discuss four questions on the material with the interviewer.
Second Round
-Unstructured case study interview: you have 45 minutes to discuss a business or guesstimation case study with the interviewer.
-Structured case study interview: 15 minutes to read through a booklet and then 30 minutes to discuss four questions on the material with the interviewer.
-Presentation: 25 minutes to read through a 30-page booklet, then 10 minutes to present your recommendations to two senior members of the firm, followed by 10 minutes of Q&A.

Interview
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
