The interview was straight forward and behavioral based centered around mission and values, decision making, problems solving, conflict resolution and sharing my process for engagement, and on-going development. Interviewers were very polite and seemed genuinely interested in the conversation.

Was sent an email invitation for a phone interview from a Team Member Recruiter, then received a phone call. interview was 30 minutes long, basic behavioural questions. There is not much desk time as a manager, said a good work life balance.
