Starbucks Store Manager interview questions

Panel with 2 people one of which admitted they hadn’t done this before. It was choppy and uncomfortable. The recruiter took over 4 weeks just to let me know the outcome of that one interview. She told me it was a mistake and she thought someone else had followed up.

I had phone interview with the recruiter and then a virtual interview with two District Managers (DMs). The whole process was pretty straight forward. From application submission to start date it took about 6 weeks. The recruiter mainly looking for managerial experience and DMs are looking for right cultural fit for the company.
