Standard Chartered Bank International Graduate interview questions

The application process was as follows: 1) Strength based personality test 2) Logical and numerical tests 3) Video interview - 30 seconds to prepare questions and 1.5 minutes to answer 4) HR interview 5) Business Interview They ask both strength based and technical questions, but relatively basic. The interviewers were very friendly.

I gave my CV to an acquaintance who has a relative working at SC. Contacted the next day by HR, was asked to complete online form. There are 6 programs, have to choose right away which program you want to enter. I chose Financial Market. After that: 1. Strengths assessment 2. Logic & numerical tests 3. Strengths based video interview (12 questions, record online) 4. HR interview (12/09 currently at this stage, waiting to confirm time & place) 5. Business/user interview
