The interview process was seamless due to the introduction of the pymetrics recruiting platform, it was a pre-recorded interview which allowed you re-record your answers at least once. Plus there was a try out session at the beginning which you could use to practice effectively for the interview and familiarize yourself with the platform as much times as you’ll like.

Interview
Pymetrics, values-based assessment, aptitude test, video interview, then if you pass, assessment centre consisting of 4 consecutive interviews. Interview questions were more fit and behavioural, and less technical. Understanding StanChart's values was key.

Describe a problem where the usual approach to resolve it would not be successful and how you approached it? What did you learn from the outcome?
Good as in the experience is streamlined and that HR are helpful the experience is good, overall very good and that the online interview experience is good. Also, the in-person interview is also good.
