Panda Restaurant Group interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and seemed to be going well. They asked about experience with customers and experience with cooking/prepping. I answered and everything seemed to be going well.

Casual, mostly questions about conflict resolution while supervising younger employees. The interview took place in the actual restaurant during business hours. Questions were more based on my personal life than previous work experience. The interviewer held the same position previously.
