Got hired as a temp. Interviewed with the recruiter first, then hiring manager, and then VP of the department. Overall, took about 1 month for the interview process and got an offer letter afterwards. Was able to negotiate a better starting pay, however, highly dependent on the budget and hiring manager.

Interview was on time at 2:00 pm. Interviewer was nice and easy going. Asked simple questions, I responded, and they followed up with their own thoughts, Overall, interview was way less nerve-racking than I thought it be.
