I applied online. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group in Jun 2026
Interview
First, it was a 15-20 minutes call with recruiter, then 30 min interview with area manager and the last interview with district manager. Lastly, there was a 6 hours long paid realistic job preview. Overall, they just want to see if you are able to take ownership and not afraid to work. Not a rocket science.

I applied online. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (Rosemead, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Probably the most frustrating interview experience I've ever had. I applied in early March 2026 and heard back two weeks later with an invitation to an AI video screening, which I completed in mid-March. I didn't hear back for an entire month after a recruiter reached out to say he wanted to schedule a call in mid-April. We have the call, and then I was told I will move to the next round with the hiring manager, the Director of Business Intelligence, in early May. I was told I would hear back in 1-2 days, but I never heard back. I wish they cared about their candidates, but they are soulless.

Question 1
The hiring manager asked me the usual - tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here. He focused on Power BI questions.
30 min Video interview which went well, the recruiter seemed uninterested in actually finding a candidate. I was told i would move forward with a second interview but never heard back.
