I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Panda Restaurant Group (El Paso, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
Went on my first initial interview which was ok, they tried to scare you right away by saying this job ain’t for everyone and there high turnover rate. Once you pass initial one on one they invite you back for “a day at panda” where you work every position while being watched and with no training. Felt more like a fraternity initiation more than anything else

Interview
The process was very quick. I applied online, and received an email from a recruiter the following week. We scheduled a quick phone interview, which was more like a screening where the recruiter gave me tips on how to approach my in-person interview.
This was different from the interview process I normally go through, and it was nice being coached. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with one of the HR Managers, who was very kind and relatable. I followed up with the recruiter, and she scheduled me for a second interview the following week with my potential team.
It was a really quick process. After the second interivew, they let me know within 2 weeks about their decision. The interview questions were mostly about how I live my life. It definitely felt more like a conversation than an interview. At the end of the day, I think they were really just looking for a culture fit, as well as chemistry with the team.

Interview
I was interviewed by a recruiter via the phone. I then went on to a two-person phone interview with the marketing team, and finally, I went in for an in-person interview with the HR manager, a member of the team and the VP of Marketing.
