Informal, asked about previous experience and why I wanted to work there and what I knew about lush already. What customer service meant to me, how I would handle a stressful situation

The interview was immediately followed by a trial shift. The trial shift was at their busiest hour and focused on how well you could sell to customers. There was a huge focus on selling and some customers didn't like this.
