Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

The interview was in a group, everyone sat in a circle & the interviewers (2) described a bit about the company and their products. At this point, it's good to know a bit about the company and to be able to say that you have tried their products. Be engaging, ask questions & contribute information. Lush has an outgoing, bubbly type of vibe so I matched that with a CV on colored paper, decorated with stickers and designs. I also brought some homemade sweets that I had made the night before, they loved that. They will touch on a few points from your CV so make sure you're prepared to talk about relevant work experience in a group setting. Then you will be asked to perform a demonstration; they will give you a product to talk about as though you were informing a customer, or group of customers about what it's for and why it's amazing. You're encouraged to know at least 3 main ingredients in each product & what they do eg. seaweed is nourishing for the skin, citrus has degreasing properties, lavender is calming and a great antibacterial.
