Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Had to take part in a Trial Shift, Interacting with customers by asking them open questions, such as why they were shopping with Lush today, if they were shopping for anyone in particular, or if they were looking for a certain product. They'll also like you to demo their products in front of customers/groups.

It was group interview. It very relaxed and fun compared to a standard one. We started with introductions and then paired up with another candidate. Each pair had to try out and demo face masks on each other, which helped break the ice. After that, we sat in a circle and shared a few things we had learned about our partner. The interviewers and staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very positive. It felt more like an interactive workshop than a formal interview. We even received some free goodies at the end, which was a nice surprise.
