Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Group interview had to sit in a circle, talk about yourself and bring something you were proud of. I think the idea was to talk about the item and make it sound interesting.

Trial shift- describe a random item, some roleplaying and talking to actual customers whilst a manager listened in on the conversation. They did prepare you slighlty on how to talk to customers. My advice is to be confident.
