Nel mio colloquio conoscitivo presso KPMG ho avuto l’opportunità di presentare il mio percorso accademico e professionale, spiegare le motivazioni che mi hanno portato a candidarmi e raccontare le competenze che ritengo più rilevanti. L’incontro si è svolto in un clima piuttosto informale, con domande mirate a capire le mie soft skills, il mio modo di lavorare in team e le mie aspettative di crescita. The process started with an aptitude test (quant + reasoning + English), followed by a group discussion. Then there was a technical round with basic questions from my field and an HR round.
