Nel mio colloquio conoscitivo presso KPMG ho avuto l’opportunità di presentare il mio percorso accademico e professionale, spiegare le motivazioni che mi hanno portato a candidarmi e raccontare le competenze che ritengo più rilevanti. L’incontro si è svolto in un clima piuttosto informale, con domande mirate a capire le mie soft skills, il mio modo di lavorare in team e le mie aspettative di crescita. Allo stesso tempo ho potuto chiedere chiarimenti sui progetti, sull’ambiente di lavoro e sulle prospettive future, trasformando il colloquio in un vero scambio reciproco.

Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
