I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IBM in Jul 2014
Interview
I initially applied for a full time position but was referred to their internship program. After a 30 minute phone conversation with an IBM Designer about IBM as a company, I was given the chance to tell them a little bit about my work. I was offered a second interview via Skype with the program coordinator where we spoke more in depth about my design philosophy and me as a person. After that, I had to do some technical tests that showed my web development skills.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Austin, TX) in Dec 2013
Interview
The interview process was really good where they organized the activities really well and took us around town so that we could get a sense of the city and the people we would be working with. Consisted primarily of some interviews done prior to the flydown to the site, interview sessions at the site, presentations, and lunch & dinner mingling. Felt looked after throughout the interview process and got the informal result of the interview.
